Pound Farm is easily accessible just a 10 minute drive from the M5 (J28) at Cullompton. We are situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh and only a 1/4 mile walk to the dog-friendly pub and a historic church.
3 miles from the popular market town of Tiverton which has a range of excellent restaurants, cafes and local shops it is also famous for its Grand Western Canal.

The Cathedral City of Exeter is only a short drive, 12 miles.
We are within easy reach of both the North and South Devon Coasts. (About a 40min drive to either coast) As well as exploring Exmoor National Park and Dartmoor both within a 20 mile radius.
