Open plan Lounge/ dining area - flat screen free-view TV and DVD player, corner sofa bed and dining room table (seating for 6 people)

Bathroom – Spacious Electric shower, hand basin and WC. Heated towel rail.

Sleeps 4  (+ 2 - sofa bed in lounge to accommodate 2 guests.) Please note there is an additional charge of £25 per person per night for any guest using the sofa bed.

Mobile Phones - Mobile phone signal is patchy in this area although you should be able to find a place to use your phone.

There is an adjacent lockable outbuilding/utility room with an additional shower and WC within this area and an extra Fridge. Ideal storage area.

It is ideal for chilly English summers and winter evenings and we can provide nets of dry seasoned hardwood.
